To Whom This May Concern:

This letter is to express our extreme satisfaction with the
services we received from Mary L. Wenkheimer. Ms.
Wenkheimer is an independent  Broker/Owner working with
Harmony Homes of Colorado, Inc. At a time in our lives when
too much was changing too fast for us, we felt secure
in having Ms. Wenkheimer working with us.

Both Sandy Thomas and I were in the process of retiring
from teaching school. At the same time, Sandy's mother was
on her deathbed, and Sandy was named the Executor on
her mother's accounts. It was Sandy's mother's lawyer,
Tamara Palmer, who recommended we use  Ms. Wenkheimer
to handle all steps in marketing and selling Sandy's
mother's house.

We met Ms. Wenkheimer within a short period of time after
the death of  Sandy's mother. At that time, Ms. Wenkheimer
was professional yet friendly; she understood our sorrows,
yet she was aware of the need to sell the house. As such,
we were very open to a number of friendly  suggestions
from Ms. Wenkheimer on how to prepare the house for
sale. Once on the market at a price recommended by Ms.
Wenkheimer, we had a contract pending on the house in
only three days. At the closing on that house, Sandy and I
let Ms. Wenkheimer know that we were seriously considering
selling our house in Denver              within six to 12 months.

Indeed, in January 2005, Sandy and I received a notice
from Ms. Wenkheimer reminding us of her willingness to be
our broker if we were still interested in moving out of
Denver. In less than two weeks, Ms. Wenkheimer was over
to our house and telling us what changes might be
necessary to sell our house. She was also quite honest
about the chances of selling our house anytime soon.
Initially, she told us it would take up to 120 days to sell the
house. Later, with the economy as it is, Ms. Wenkheimer
told us it would take up to 160 days to sell our house.

Today, though, less than 90 days after we first began
working with Ms. Wenkheimer on selling our house, we will
be closing the deal. Ms. Wenkheimer had numerous Open
Houses and advertised the house in a couple unique ways.
As with the first house Ms. Wenkheimer sold for us, there
were specific steps we had to take to prepare the house for
sale. And as with the first house, Ms. Wenkheimer knew who
to contact to get the work done professionally but at a good
price.

Ms. Wenkheimer purchased a very useful warranty with
First American Home Buyers Protection for our house
because our house needed several improvements, including
a new furnace. Our furnace was tagged and turned off. First
American Home Buyers worked with us so we were able to
get a new furnace installed the next day. Since the
weather was cold we appreciated this prompt service.

We offer our sincere thanks to Mary Wenkheimer for all the
work she has done for us in the past ten months. We highly
recommend her to any person/couple who may be
considering dealing with real estate in the Denver Metro area.
It was certainly an advantage to us.

 Sincerely,

Micheal J. Thomas and Sandra E. Thomas
